  2. Tiraspol: capital of the unrecognized republic, officially in Moldova
  3. Border: probably the only European border that is guarded with tanks
  4. Bureaucracy: own currency, passports, insurance etc. for 0.5 mio people
  5. Streets: probably the emptiest streets in an European capital
