  1. Haedong Yonggungsa: large Buddhist temple complex at the Ocean
  2. Statues: horoscope animals, lucky pigs, golden Buddha and more
  3. History: built in 1376, destroyed by the Japanese and rebuilt in 1970
  4. My trip: taking the city bus from Busan, just to get into a packed temple
  5. My experience: impressive temple with beautiful statues, but too crowded
